I am so glad Substack connected us! I’m still in the hospital in San Jose and hope to be out on Friday. Costa Rica clearly wants me to stay here. 💚
Good to hear! Even that we have in common…the day you posted about being hospitalized I was spat out of my favourite, grounding forest - she slammed me to the ground - the second fall onto my left shoulder in 4 days! Left side - the receiving, feminine side that tends to hold onto burdens not hers to bear…yep that’s me and I was just thinking of ways to make this relationship work when Wham. Ok, message received, loud and clear! I’m just up the coast from you…Squamish BC surrounded by mountains, forest, the ocean nearby and The Chief. This place is energetically healing (just like CR). Stay well my Substack friend 💜
