The Untamed Woman Always Remembers Who She Is
I discovered Amy on Substack the way you find anyone who’s meant to be in your orbit — through a tiny intuitive nudge and a piece of writing that hits you square in the chest. Her words carry a kind of clarity and boldness that feels like truth remembering itself.
On this episode, we talk about what it means to strip away conditioning and return to the woman underneath it all — the raw, intuitive, expressive version of us that existed before we learned to be agreeable, soft-spoken, or “easy.”
Amy’s journey has taken her through chronic illness, traumatic relationships, celibacy, and deep self-reclamation. What I love most is that she doesn’t romanticize any of it. She talks openly about the discomfort of sitting with yourself, the moment you realize you’d rather be alone than abandon your intuition again, and the power of choosing radical responsibility over blame.
We also explored feminine expression, money, glow ups, and the energetics of stepping into the version of yourself you know you’re becoming — the woman who no longer negotiates her worth, her standards, or her voice.
If you’ve ever felt “too sensitive,” “too much,” or “too honest,” this conversation is a mirror. A reminder. A homecoming.
I hope you love this one as much as I did.
If the episode resonates, share your reflections in the comments — I love hearing what lands for you.
And as always, thank you for listening, supporting, and being part of this wild, intuitive unfolding.
