🌀 Reflections
I didn’t expect to record this conversation with Brielle so soon after meeting her—but as soon as we spoke, I knew. I knew she had something powerful to share, something that resonated deeply with the themes this podcast is here to explore: intuition, embodiment, emotional release, and the sacred (and messy) journey of becoming who we really are.
What struck me most is the way Brielle talks about breath not as a tool, but as a teacher. A remembering. A path back to your body—especially when your body hasn’t felt like a safe place to live in.
We talked about breathwork as a practice of surrender. Not just in spiritual terms, but in everyday life: in birth, in parenting, in sex, in rage, in grief. Brielle reminded me—and I hope she’ll remind you—that you don’t have to talk your way through healing. Sometimes, it starts by simply breathing.
This one is potent. You might want to light a candle or take a walk while you listen. Let your body receive it in whatever way it needs.
With love and breath,
Sarah
